Our patented technology gives you choices that no other mattress manufacturer can provide. Our comfort layer consists of 2 different foams, each providing a different feel and firmness. You can easily open up our mattresses and “flip” the comfort layer over to experience the other sleeping surface. We classify our comfort layers as Soft/Medium Soft or Firm/Medium Firm.
-
Our patented technology allows us to give you even more choice than “flippable comfort layer.” Because we are all different, it is likely that people sharing a bed may each prefer a different “bed feel.” In our Queen, King and Cal King models you choose a different mattress feel (each with “flippable comfort layers”) for each side. So, if one person likes a softer mattress and the other a firmer one, Indigo Sleep is your best option out there.
-
A solid or slatted platform base works best. We offer several platform options right here on our website! While you can use a box spring, we don’t recommend it. The springs in the box spring may do damage to the foam over time. Any standard platform or adjustable frame is perfect, or you can put it on the floor! If you need a box spring for height, or wish to use your current set up that contains a box spring, you can buy a Bunkie board. A Bunkie board is a solid surface meant to be placed between your Indigo and your box spring.
-
Depending on how much you like to jump on your bed, your comfort layers have a life expectance of 5 to 7 years. You’re in luck because when you are ready to refresh your bed, all you have to do is replace your comfort layers for a fraction of the price. This saves you time, money and saves landfill space. Go you!
